    TURKISH CONVENTIONS

    Turkish Airlines, a Star Alliance member and Türkiye’s national flag carrier, flies to over 200 destinations and in turn plays a fundamental role in supporting Türkiye’s highly successful global meetings and incentives business sector. Turkish Airlines has been named the “Best Airline in Europe” six years running based on a global ranking system that tracks customer satisfaction and performance.

    For international events, conferences, fairs, meetings, or congresses with at least 100 delegates, Turkish Airlines has developed “Turkish Conventions” which offers privileges and allows delegates to benefit from discounted airfares and many other opportunities.

    VISA FOR TÜRKİYE

    Türkiye's offers hassle-free travel with a simple and easy visa system for all visitors.  

    Citizens of 15 countries are allowed to enter Türkiye with their national IDs while citizens from an additional eight countries are allowed to enter Türkiye with their expired passports.

    Citizens of 104 countries can easily enter Türkiye with e-Visas obtained through the Internet. E-Visa applications can be created for an individual, a family (minimum of 2 and maximum of 10), or for a group (minimum of 10 and maximum of 300).

    Travelers can also obtain visas from Turkish embassies and other official providers around the world.

    The Türkiye Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) is the national destination marketing organization that has been established to contribute to the enhancement of tourism in Türkiye.

    TGA was founded on July 15, 2019 as a private entity of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and is subject to special legal provisions under Law No. 7183. TGA is headed by a Board of Directors, which consists of management, executive, and advisory boards. The Board of Directors comprises 15 select members of the tourism industry gathered under the chairmanship of the Minister of Culture and Tourism.
